Contract for Leads Law Enforcement Automated Data System in Ohio

This contract is entered into on this [date] by and between the Ohio Department of Public Safety, hereinafter referred to as “Department”, and [Vendor Name], hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”.

1. Scope Services Vendor shall provide the Department with access to and maintenance of the Leads Law Enforcement Automated Data System in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract.
2. Term The term of this contract shall be for a period of five (5) years from the effective date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms herein.
3. Payment The Department shall pay the Vendor a monthly fee for the provision of services as outlined in this contract. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice.
4. Confidentiality Vendor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information accessed and maintained through the Leads Law Enforcement Automated Data System.
